1. Introduction
These Terms of Use govern your use of Numa, an I Ching reading app provided by Native Consulting Group OÜ, registry code 16682272, Kotkapoja tn 2a-10, 10615 Tallinn, Estonia ("we", "us"). By using Numa, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
2. Eligibility
You must be old enough to accept these Terms under the law that applies to you. If local law requires parental or guardian consent, you may use Numa only with that consent.
3. Your account
You sign in with Google or Apple. Your account is personal to you, and you are responsible for keeping access to it secure.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Numa offers auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Your subscription renews automatically at the price shown at purchase unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone settings under your Apple Account, Subscriptions.
Refunds for purchases processed by Apple are handled by Apple under its own policies.
5. AI-generated content
Interpretations in Numa are generated by an artificial intelligence model, based on the I Ching text and the question you ask. They can be incomplete, inaccurate or unexpected, and they may differ each time you ask.
6. Reflection, not professional advice
You remain responsible for your decisions. Seek a qualified professional when a situation requires one. If you are in crisis or at risk, contact your local emergency services.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Numa, interfere with its operation, access it unlawfully, attempt to extract or reverse engineer the service where the law prohibits this, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
8. Termination and account deletion
You may stop using Numa at any time and delete your account from Settings in the app. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of misuse, legal requirements or a material breach of these Terms.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms, for example when we add features or when the law changes. We will update the date below and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections of their country of residence. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your download and use of Numa, alongside these Terms.
